WHAT WE DO?
International Association for Peace and Democracy Development offers trainings and seminars to non-governmental and governmental organizations and organizations working with and for young people (age 16-35).
International Association for Peace and Democracy Development support socially disadvantaged youth active participation in cultural, social, political, educational life and their integration in society.
International Association for Peace and Democracy Development works on non-formal and formal education, and participates and organize educational activities on Human rights, employment, youth participation, Conflict management, intercultural dialogue, project management, citizenship, democracy, healthy life, environment and media.
IAPDD in cooperation with a number of local and international Youth organizations foreseen to implement numerous projects in the framework of a long-term program aimed at involvement social exclusion youth, disadvantaged part of young people in social life and helping different levels of the society to get oriented toward the policy formation on issues that affects youth.International Association for Peace and Democracy Development offers trainings and seminars to non-governmental and governmental organizations and schools.

KA210-SCH - Small-scale partnerships in school education

Main objectives:
1) To develop innovative, ICT based, methodology for enhancing the intercultural competences and skills of both teachers and students;
2) To emphasize the connection between cultural heritage, all school subjects and non formal education ;
3) To stimulate collaboration between the participating countries through exchange of good practices;
4) To strengthen the profile of the teacher's profession and thus increase motivation for lifelong learning;
5) To encourage schools-youth organizations partnership.
6) To create toolkit (a guide book for educators combines formal and non-formal education in different age group)

Toolkit- "Peace Will Come"
The Toolkit is the result of the project – “Peace Will Come” (Granted by German National Agency, Erasmus+ KA105 - Youth mobility), collective effort involving people from different cultural, professional and organizational backgrounds. Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders and volunteers in NGOs have worked together in order to create this publication which would address to peace education.

Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders and volunteers in NGOs and teachers have worked together in order to create this publication which would reach to diversity groups and attract youth in order to develop higher awareness of Gender Equality;

Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders and volunteers in NGOs and teachers have worked together in order to create this publication which would address the needs of the target group while recognizing the diversity of approaches across Europe to bullying and violence problems.
TOOLKIT-“Inspire, Educate, and Incubate Tomorrow’s Leading Entrepreneurs”
KA2 – Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices -Capacity Building in the field of Youth
A tool of non-formal learning methods which can be used by youth workers, trainers, facilitators as a guide book. It will stimulate young people’s spirit of creativity and entrepreneurship, employability, in particular through youth initiatives. It will encourage them for creation of their own social or business projects; designing and implementation of small entrepreneur ideas, learn fund raising, and micro –credits, find out about Erasmus+. It includes theory -practical exercises, resources of the topic- advises-how to organize new approaches/ methodologies.
